Metro Property Management / RDR Properties are residential property managers in Northern West Virginia. They own or manage apartments in Morgantown, Fairmont, Bridgeport and Waynesburg, PA. They are a BIG RIP OFF and we believe they are unethical and take advantage of students.  We do not recommend them and suggest not doing business with them or their affiliated companies. 

NOTE: We have received emails regarding this company not returning deposits.  Please contact the agencies listed above to file your complaints.  We simply do not have the resources help you.

Since posting this website we have heard from others regarding their nightmare experiences with this company.  If you feel this company has ripped you off too, we suggest you file a complaint with the West Virginia Attorney General's Office.

We Strongly recommend not doing business with these people or these companies.  Taking advantage of College Students in not OK in our book!
